  7. Ingredients:
  8. 4 chicken leg quarters,       1 can pineapple tidbits,
  9. boiled or roasted, meat       drained
  10. removed and cut into chunks
  11. 1 cup frozen peas, parboiled  1/2 to 1 cup chopped walnuts
  12. and chilled
  13. mayonnaise                    
  14.  
  15. Instructions:
  16. Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl (enough
  17. mayonnaise to make it moist).  Grind in some black pepper
  18. and add salt to taste.

  21. This is surprisingly addictive.
